Are you drawn to experience the healing power of sacred songs? Would you enjoy learning invocations to call upon the Spirits? In this Song practice the songs themselves are the medicine. They are appropriate to sing in purification lodges.

As with all gatherings we call the directions, recognize the Spirits, make offerings, and thank them for hearing our songs/prayers. We will enjoy a feast together with an array of healthy foods as a family. Yes, it's all medicine.
