We’ll warm up our bodies and voices, then dive into learning and singing beautiful spiritual songs from various traditions. Expect chants, medicine songs, and sacred mantras that speak to the soul. No experience necessary—just a willing heart and a desire to resonate. Andrea will bring extra drums, shakers, and tambourines to share, so your hands can join the rhythm too. 🥁✨
