"Songs of Renewal" Drum Circle

  • Crestone Saturday Market South Cottonwood Street Crestone, CO, 81131 United States (map)

Come gather in song and spirit for “Songs of Renewal" Drum Circle, a joyful and soulful FREE Community Song Circle at the Crestone Saturday Market in Little Pearl Park on May 17, from 11:30am to 1pm. Just five days after the full moon, this is a beautiful moment to root into spring’s energy of renewal and connect through shared sound, rhythm, and presence.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and some playful, easy vocal warmups. Then we’ll move into singing sacred and heart-opening songs from a variety of spiritual traditions — Northern Traditional, Sufi, Hindu, Earth-Honoring modern chants, and more. Some are slow and meditative, others are lively and perfect for dancing. Lyrics will be provided and you're welcome to bring drums, rattles, or other instruments. Drummers and other musicians are MUCH APPRECIATED and welcome to join!

No experience necessary — just bring your voice and an open heart. This is a beautiful way to meet community, sing your soul awake, and get a taste of what’s unfolding here in Crestone through sacred song and gatherings.

We’d love to know how many will be joining! RSVP HERE

Andrea (Rea) Beaubien has been guiding sacred song circles, ceremonies, and soul-rooted gatherings for over two decades. As a singer, ritualist, and founder of Heart of Ma, she weaves music, myth, and earth-honoring practices to help others reclaim their voices and reconnect with the rhythms of nature. Drawing from global traditions, her work honors the Divine Feminine, seasonal cycles, and the healing power of song as prayer. Andrea creates spaces where the voice becomes a vessel for transformation, joy, and remembrance.
