Do you believe in collective manifestation? Our society has been compromised for ages by standards of how we should act, how we should spend our time, how our money should be spent, how our children should be raised, what our homes should look like and the list goes on and on. We have become so familiar with our masks that now, we face them everywhere that we go! There is no more hiding. We want to take this time, to honor the masks that we wear in our daily lives that we believe protect us, that keep us safe and keep us playing small.
What are the masks that you wear? Are you quiet when you want to speak? Are you shackled to jobs or relationships that leave you drained? Do you want to dance while you find yourself sitting still? Do you wish to write yet nothing comes to the paper? To invent? To create change? To execute solutions?
What about your Being is asking you to remove the mask that keeps you from your most authentic self? What part of your being wants to beam through the lies that we have collected that tells us we are just.. not enough? What part of you wants to come forward?
In our heart-centered compassionate circle WE THE WOMEN practice putting down the masks and embracing who we truly wish to be. Join us in our masquerade! To dance with our shadow selves and thank them for everything they have taught us as we put them to rest. Through this ceremony we will be calling in our wild, exquisite, expansive, creative and divine nature. Witnessing and being witnessed, we lovingly thank the Spirit for these lessons we choose to shed.
Weather permitting, we will hold our weekend retreat up just 45 minutes from Boulder at a new & wonderful location! This space includes a cozy warm cabin, tipi, outdoor kitchen, and rustic accommodations. There is a stream nearby to dip in if we should feel so daring! We will hold a fire outside and create our own music to dance to. There will be no running water or electricity which makes our retreat an opportunity for unplugging from it all to be truly present. During this weekend retreat participants will arrive with necessary clothing, bedding, personal items, and mask/costume that is the chosen embodiment for healing.
If weather DOES NOT allow us to travel up the mountain in October then we will hold our retreat at our Lafayette Medicine Star House. As in our mountain cabin option, if we should hold space together here, women must arrive with necessary clothing, bedding, personal items, and mask/costume that is the chosen embodiment for healing. Cost includes a cozy home space to rest when needed, a shared shower, 3 vegetarian meals and healthy snacks, sacred plant medicines, workshops, and ceremonies.
After registering women will receive a confirmation email with more details. We have limited space for this retreat so RSVP soon. We look forward to our time together sharing the often undervalued and much needed medicine for healing, balance and longevity we call FUN!!!
